Stamp 'N Hop March Blog Hop

Hi! Welcome back to the Stamp ‘N Hop blog hop! I'm Kayla and I’m stamping with you from North Carolina (US)! This month we are featuring items from our exclusive Sale-A-Bration catalog(available until March 31, 2018)! I hope you enjoy my post and visit all the other blogs linked at the end to see what they have created! And spoiler alert! Andre Gordon has a special treat at the end for you!

Anyway, this week I chose to feature the Springtime Florals Specialty Designer Series Paper from the second release of Sale-A-Bration items. This particular paper is ONLY available with a purchase of $50 (US) or more. It features our gold, silver and champagne foil beautifully placed on thick Whisper White background to give you some seriously gorgeous paper! My favorite part about this paper? You can color it with your Stampin' Write Markers to create an even more unique paper for your projects!

With that said, I found SO much inspiration on Pinterest for this paper it was so hard to choose what I wanted to do. I ultimately decided that Sam Hammond Donald's self closing treat bag was the way to go. It's such a unique and insanely simple project that I just had to make my own! For a full tutorial on how to do it, visit her website (here) to watch her video and get the measurements!

This bag can be done in any paper you want, and is super easy to make. You will need a piece of paper that measures 8 inches by 9.5 inches to start. I actually colored the leaf pattern one with my Pool Party Stampin' Write Marker to give it that pop of color. I used two of my favorite ribbons to embellish them; the Basic Black Shimmer ribbon and the Basic Gray from the Sale-A-Bration 3/8" Shimmer Ribbon trio pack.

  9. A very pretty box! And as we talked about detail: it never occured to me to use the corner rounder on the glue tab, I just use scissors to cut it off at an angle. The rounded corner looks so much nicer though!

  15.   It isn’t the most appealing thing, but you can heat up your fake urine using a microwave. If it’s still grossing you out, just remember what’s at stake.  When using a microwave, you’ve got to be careful and continuously check up on the sample. If it heats up too much, your specimen will be ruined. If it’s boiling, then you’ve gone too far. The ideal time would be no more than 10 seconds in the microwave. Check the specimen using a temperature strip to be more accurate. If you’ve hit the perfect temperature, then keep it close to your body to maintain the same temperature.  You’ll find portable, disposable hand warmers that claim to keep the warmth for around 18 hours. Detox shampoos should be no different. The brand reputation gives you an idea of the safety, efficiency, and long-term effects of using the product. Check customer reviews to see what other people have to say. There’s a good chance you’ll have a similar experience to everyone else, so the more opinions you read through the better an idea you’ll have of what to expect. Any company confident about the effectiveness of its products should offer you a guarantee. You might not always be able to claim an exchange or return, but everyone welcomes the chance to get a replacement or reimbursement if they are dissatisfied. Having these options gives customers peace of mind that they are getting a great product.
